I am a fitness and nutrition professional who's been featured by Men's Health, Black Enterprise, and others. I started by blogging in 2009 and became a contributor for many fitness publications. I enjoy writing and creating content to educate and engage my reader. I also run 2 businesses in the fitness and wellness space.
