1. Photo-Realistic Visualization I took flat CAD blueprints and turned them into "is that a photo?" 3D renders. This involved: Architectural Modeling: Building the structures from the ground up in 3ds Max or Blender. Digital Staging: Texturing and lighting rooms to look lived-in and high-end, using global illumination to mimic natural sunlight. 2. Cinematic Virtual Tours I didn't just render stills; I created "fly-through" animations. The Edit: This is where the DaVinci Resolve magic happened. I’d take raw EXR sequences and handle the color grading to ensure the sunset over the penthouse looked exactly right every single time. Post-Production: Adding motion graphics, callouts for square footage, and neighborhood highlights. 3. Interactive Experiences I worked on VR and AR walkthroughs so potential buyers could put on a headset and "walk" through their future kitchen. It’s all about creating an emotional connection to a space that doesn't technically exist yet.

Took over a month from start to finish. Happy with the final result, but communication was generally sporadic and then another long wait. Dude had a lot going on. Wouldn't use him again, and certainly not if I needed anything in a hurry.
