Identify hiring needs by coordinating with department heads and understanding job requirements. Develop and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and company career pages. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job fit. Conduct initial interviews (in-person, phone, or virtual) to assess candidates’ skills and suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct background and reference checks when required.
