What platforms do you work with for course creators?
I'm experienced supporting coaches on Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, and Podia. For email marketing I work with ConvertKit, MailChimp, and ActiveCampaign. If you use a different platform, message me first and I'll let you know if I can support it.
How do you handle my inbox without me losing control?
I use a label and priority system so you only see emails that genuinely need your decision. Everything else student questions, vendor replies, scheduling requests. I handle or draft a response for your quick approval. You stay in control, without the clutter.
Can you help during a launch?
Yes, launches are one of my specialities. I can coordinate your task list, manage student onboarding emails, schedule social content, update your CRM sequences, and keep communication flowing with your audience during open cart. Message me in advance so we can plan together.
Do you write in my voice or yours?
Yours, always. Before I draft any client-facing communication I'll ask you for 2–3 examples of your writing style. All drafts are written to sound like you warm, professional, or direct depending on your brand tone.
What if I need more than what's included in a package?
Just message me before ordering. I offer custom packages for coaches who need a specific combination of services or ongoing weekly retainer support. Many of my clients start with one package and expand from there.
How quickly will you respond to me once we start working together?
During an active order I respond within a few hours during business hours. For urgent matters I'll always flag a realistic turnaround time upfront so there are no surprises on your end.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
Yes, I use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI to work faster and more accurately. This means quicker draft turnaround, better-organised task lists, and sharper communication. Everything AI-assisted is reviewed and refined by me before it reaches you or yo
Is this a one-time service or can we work together long term?
Both. You can order a one-time package to test the service, or we can set up recurring weekly or monthly support. Long-term clients get priority response times and a dedicated communication channel. Most coaches find that once the admin is off their plate, they don't want to go back.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Not much, I keep onboarding simple. I'll ask for access to your inbox and calendar, a brief on your current priorities, and 2–3 examples of how you communicate with your students. From there I can get to work without back-and-forth slowing thing down.
Can you handle things while I'm away or during a busy launch week?
Absolutely, that's actually when I'm most valuable. Whether you're travelling, on a retreat, or deep in delivery mode, I keep your inbox moving, your students responded to, and your schedule protected so nothing falls apart while you're unavailable.
