What exactly do you fix?
Wrong or made-up answers usually come from the data layer and how your docs are processed and retrieved not the AI model. I diagnose where it breaks and rebuild that layer so your bot answers accurately from your real content, with sources.

What do you need from me?
Access to your current bot or its setup, the documents it should answer from, and a few real examples of questions it got wrong. The more specific the failures, the faster I find the cause.
What tools do you work with?
RAG chatbots built on Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, LangChain, and common vector databases. Not sure what yours uses? Just tell me what you built it with and I'll figure it out.
Can you guarantee it'll never be wrong again?
No one honestly can. But I can make it far more accurate and get it to say "I don't know" instead of inventing answers. The Rebuild package includes a test set proving the before/after improvement.
What if someone else built it / I don't have the code?
Usually fine. Send me whatever you can access and I'll tell you what's workable. Sometimes the cleanest fix is rebuilding the retrieval layer fresh and I'll flag that before you pay for anything beyond diagnosis.
Do you offer support after the fix?
Yes, add two weeks of post-fix tuning as an extra, or message me for a custom ongoing arrangement if you'll be adding content regularly.
