As a Material Takeoff Specialist at Bidwinners, I provide accurate construction quantity takeoffs for residential and commercial projects across the USA. My role focuses on reviewing architectural and engineering drawings and preparing detailed material quantity reports for multiple trades including concrete, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and more. I specialize in delivering clean, well-organized takeoff spreadsheets that help contractors, subcontractors, and builders prepare competitive bids with confidence. I work with plans, specifications, and finish schedules to ensure all materials are quantified correctly and clearly categorized. Since joining Bidwinners, I have successfully completed numerous projects ranging from tenant improvements to multi-building developments. My focus is accuracy, fast turnaround times, and clear reporting so clients can easily apply their own pricing and production rates.
