I can do everything- custom commands, custom enchantments, if-then trigger actions, and so on- basically anything you ask of that runs on Bukkit, Spigot, or Paper.

All plans have unlimited ranks - I don't know why people charge extra for them as they are a basic component of a Minecraft server. However, keep the amount reasonable.
