What are the deliverables?
Schematic (PDF), BOM, STM32 source code (for STM32 Basic and Advanced), LTSpice file (if used), documentations, and related things.
I think STM32 is too overkill for my project. Can you change with other MCU (e.g. AVR)?

Do you accept PCB design?
Yes, as long as the proposed project is not overly complicated. Please note that I only send the Gerber file as the deliverable for you to send it to specialized PCB fab house.

What is the meaning of 'PC App' add on?
