What can I say about Richell that I have yet to say? The multiple accolades fail to capture her creativity, diligence, cooperation and ease of work. She truly is a delight and pleasure. We will only publish our little books with her!

Although the Seller's work is good, the failure to deliver on the proposed schedule caused me to lose my marketing plan. The seller kept extending the delivery date due to various incidents. My book is not reaching the market, as intended. I worked with this seller before, I know the seller can do much better.

Terrible. I worked with her once, and then re-hired her, and this time, it was terrible. She didn't need to 'earn' business anymore. She did a terrible job, and took forever. I would never hire her or recommend her services anymore. It was a complete waste of time and money.
