Why do I need a product video?
Current web users are increasingly obtaining information through video rather than through text. Google, facebook, Amazon, Youtube, etc.. are changing their algorithms to give more weight to pages with video content which see more engagement and higher sales.
When do I place my order?
I will contact you the day that I receive your package to start the order. I don’t do rush jobs, so I will need the full amount of time to dedicate to your project to achieve the best results.
How do I start the process?
Just contact me from this page. In the message thread we will discuss details of your video, answer any questions that you may have and I will provide shipping info for you to send your product.
Do I need to ship my product to you?
Yes, I would need a non-returnable sample provided to produce the video. No free re-shoots due to defects, dents, scratches, blemishes, color variations, etc. All products must be approved by supplier prior to shipment. I am located in the U.S.
What if I accidentally ordered before I shipped my product?
No problem. We will simply add a time extension to the project to ensure the best results for the video.
What video format do you offer?
Videos for use on Amazon are delivered in MP4 format. If you’re running a Youtube or other social media account campaign, then a MOV file can be created.
Can you produce a custom size video for social media sites?
Yes, if you need a particular size for facebook, instagram, TikTok, etc.. just let me know before hand what size you would like so I can plan accordingly.
Do you have sample videos?

Return Policy
I will dispose/donate all products sent to me unless arrangements are made prior to ordering and a USPS pre-paid postage return label is included with the original shipment along with a $20 gig add-on shipping fee. Products are disposed of or donated within two weeks of completed projects.
