It’s my first time using this service and it’s not going to be the last. Rie has been absolutely amazing and lovely and how now become my official go to person in Japan 🇯🇵 thank you so much I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me 🙏

She was able to procure some special edition, extremely limited, Tokyo exclusive items I wanted but wasn't able to get. Everyone I spoke to was unable to get them, except her. Communication was great, prompt, and complete. No detail was spared. I am so grateful for her dedication, and I really hope we get to do business in the future.

I am so pleased with my order. The whole process was so smooth and everything was communicated throughout the process. My items wasn’t originally available in store and I was presented with a few different options to have the item.

Extremely professional, very detail oriented, exactly what I was looking for. Was always quick to respond and did a terrific job packaging everything. I will definitely revisit if I need her help again in the future. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for this service.
