Veelgestelde vragen
What exactly do you fix?
I perform a complete audit and configuration of your domain's DNS—specifically your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. These are the technical standards inbox providers (like G suit, Office 365) use to authenticate your emails. Misconfigurations here are a primary reason emails get flagged as spam.
How long does the process take?
The initial audit is often completed within 24 hours. The implementation itself is designed for near-zero downtime, meaning most changes are live and propagating globally within a few hours.
Will this disrupt our current email flow?
No. A core part of my process is ensuring no disruption to your existing email. Changes are staged and implemented carefully to maintain seamless service throughout the transition.
Is this a one-time fix?
Yes, the configuration is a one-time service. However, I offer ongoing monitoring plans to alert you of any future issues, ensuring your deliverability remains high as your needs evolve.
How do I know the fix worked?
I provide a verification report showing that your authentication records are correctly aligned and provide evidence of successful inbox placement across major providers.
