Own end-to-end account delivery for enterprise clients across APAC, US, and UK — covering procurement of laptops, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities: • Single point of contact for clients on quotations, order status, deliveries, and escalations. • Drive RFQs and price negotiations with leading distributors including Ingram Micro and TD Synnex. • Run the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle: RFQ → quote validation → PO → delivery → invoice reconciliation. • Procurement coverage across Cisco networking, Fortinet security, Apple device fleets, Dell servers, and HPE / Aruba. • Track pipeline, SLA adherence, and vendor performance via MIS dashboards; report to internal leadership and client stakeholders weekly. • Coordinate logistics, warehousing, asset recovery, and reverse logistics including RMA handling with OEMs.
