How accurate will the image be to my needs?
AI can be seen as a random image generator process, but with tailored prompts and information pertaining to the requirements the end result can be as close as possible to your needs.
Who owns the copyright of the image?
The AI generator allows commercial use of the selected image, and by default and by law the copyright is held by the creator/artist. That said the transfer can be considered part of the process. However, any infringements will be placed on the buyer, not artist.
Can I get minor parts changed in the image?
There is a possibility to have small sections of the image altered through image editing, but this would need to be discussed to see the scope.
What size can the upscaling get the image to?
I use special professional upscaling software that can get any image up to 6 times it's original size.
How detailed does my description have to be?
It can be very short or very long. The more detail the more chance of a better result. Example; "A black cat" will yell on result, "A black cat on window sill looking at city at night." another. The more info you give the better your image will be.
