What TIME ZONE are you in, and where are you located?
My local time zone is GMT, and I live not too far from London, UK. I will always do my best to get back to you asap, but please be aware that it might take me a few hours if you’re on the other side of the world :)
I see that you offer THREE DELIVERY SPEEDS, tell me more!
I will always try to deliver as soon as possible, as it's really in both of our interests! STANDARD DELIVERY is three days, perfect for most projects. EXTRA FAST DELIVERY cuts that basic time down to 24hrs!! URGENT DELIVERY jumps you to the next spot in my schedule, essential for a rush deadline!!!
How do REVISIONS work for my order, I see that I get one for free?
If I've missed a word or mispronounced a REGULAR word (in the UK) I will fix it for free. Once recording has begun, a script is deemed final; any changes will be a revision. Guidance on any names/places/jargon is vital, as these count for 95% of revisions! A revision is ONE change of up to 25 words
Can I get some ADDITIONAL TAKES, as it would help to have a bit of choice?
Of course! For certain styles of project I would actually recommend that you have AT LEAST two takes. Conversational and dramatic styles really benefit from multiple takes! Multiply your word count by the number of takes you want, place your order then let me know how many... it's as easy as that!
Can I use the standard revision for an additional take?
Mistakes happen, so the revision is used to fix ONE error in the script, up to 25 words. With just one or two new takes, the size of the project is effectively doubled or tripled. Therefore additional takes are charged at the standard rate per 100 words and covered by the same purchase of Rights
I need to add BACKGROUND MUSIC!
I have a subscription to a brilliant stock library of audio content. Unless you already have the music ready for me, it is usually simplest for you to choose your preferred music from the site. I can then download it and use it to create your finished product. www.storyblocks.com
I see that you offer a PROOFREADING service?
It is a valuable extra, as I will review your script for any grammatical errors and suggest the most suitable fixes. This will reduce revisions, and help you hit your deadline! Please note this service is not copywriting, and I will not totally rewrite part, or all of your script.
What are Full Broadcast Rights and do I need Commercial Rights as well?
ALL orders now include Commercial Rights! If the voice over will feature on TV / radio / internet commercials, or any paid marketing or boosted campaigns, Full Broadcast Rights are required. Please ask if you have any questions https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
I would like to direct a LIVE SESSION, what happens if I order one?
I offer 30 minute Zoom sessions to go through your requirements in detail and then record. Once the session is complete, I’ll get the final takes mastered and sent over to you. Sessions are booked at a mutually convenient time and Fast/Urgent deliveries will be factored in to the scheduling
Are you able to send the SOURCE FILES too?
Due to how I record and master, standard delivery contains ONLY final mastered audio files. If you need raw recordings, or takes with and without effects, add this to your order and I’ll do the rest. Great if you have background music and need a copy of the track plus the voice over without music
