I am a certified Arcturian Reiki practitioner, trained and practicing in this modality since November 2025. My broader experience with energy healing practices dates back to 2018. My approach emphasizes quiet presence, focused intention, and creating space for clients to experience the session in their own way. I offer distance Arcturian Reiki as well as sessions that incorporate Somatic Witnessing, a guided practice of bringing curious, non-judgmental awareness to physical sensations. I do not require clients to provide lengthy explanations or analyze their experiences during a session. Depending on the service selected, clients can simply relax and receive, or be guided through a quiet experiential practice using attention, breath, and awareness of bodily sensations. My role is to provide a focused, supportive space for personal exploration while allowing each person's experience to unfold naturally.
