We are Roberto and Laura and we are a couple.

Roberto has many years of professional kitchen experience as a (sous) chef. Besides that, Roberto was born in the Dominican Republic where cooking is very important.

Laura is Dutch and has also worked many years in mostly Italian restaurants and loves to cook and try new recipes (and makes her own with her own inspiration). Currently she is writing her own book with recipes.

Hi! We're Roberto and Laura and we're a couple. We have different expertises and would love to share that with you. Roberto is born in the Dominican Republic and lives in The Netherlands. Before this he also lived in the United States of America and Spain. He has a lot of experience in music, cooking and professional driving . Laura is born in the Netherlands. She also speaks English, Italian and Spanish. She has an associate degree Social Work and a lot of experience with the dutch mental health care. Currently she studies about the social security system.
