Everything was delivered on time as expected. I know it was a holiday, so the response was slower. Also, for some reason, my Fiverr doesn't alert me when I get messages, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. Questions were answered.

Kate's notes/edits really pushed me to polish my submission materials to the best (and clearest) versions they could be.
