What access do you need?
A temporary admin account on WordPress, which you can delete right after delivery. For some fixes, hosting/FTP access speeds things up. I always take a backup or work on staging before touching anything.
Is my site safe with you? What if something breaks?
I back up before every change, so the site can always be restored to exactly how it was. In years of doing this I've never left a site worse than I found it, and I explain every change in plain language at delivery.
How fast can you look at an urgent problem?
Message me first. If I'm awake and the fix fits Basic, same-day is often possible. Please describe the issue and send your site URL in the first message so I can diagnose before you order.
My site scores terribly on PageSpeed. Can you guarantee a specific score?
I don't promise magic numbers, because some factors (cheap hosting, heavy themes) have hard limits. I do promise measurable, honest improvement and a clear explanation of what's limiting you further, so you can decide what's worth fixing next.
Can you fix issues caused by another freelancer or a page builder?
Yes, that's half my work. Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Kadence, custom themes, inherited messes. Send the URL and describe what's wrong.
