How fast can you actually fix a Divi bug?
Basic is same day to one day for a single issue. If it turns out to be something deeper, I tell you upfront instead of silently running over
Do I need to know what is causing it?
No. Send a screenshot, a screen recording or the live link. Diagnosing it is the job, not your homework.
Will you patch it or fix the actual cause?
The cause. A workaround on top of a broken structure means you are back here in two weeks with the same problem.
My site broke after upgrading to Divi 5. Can you fix that?
Yes, that is one of the most common jobs right now. Custom CSS and third party Divi plugins are the usual culprits.
It looks fine on desktop but falls apart on mobile. Is that covered?
Yes, from Standard up. Responsive breakage is one of the most common Divi issues.
Can you fix a site someone else built?
Yes. It makes no difference who built it. I work inside whatever is already there.
I do not know how many things are wrong. What then?
That is what Premium is for. Audit first, then fix everything found, rather than you guessing and ordering fix by fix.
Do you back up before changing anything?
Yes, every package. Fixing a site without a rollback point is how a small problem becomes a big one.
What if the fix does not fully solve it?
Revisions are included. We sort it out rather than leaving you with a half fix.
Do you need my hosting login?
WordPress admin covers most fixes. For fatal errors or white screens I may need hosting or FTP access, and I will say so before starting.
