What data do I need to provide?
Scope 1: fuel and gas records. Scope 2: electricity bills (kWh) plus your region. Scope 3 (Premium): travel logs, procurement data, commute estimates. I send a data request template after we scope the project.
Which emission factors do you use?
The most authoritative public source for your region: DEFRA/BEIS (UK), EPA (US), DCCEEW (Australia), or IPCC AR6 defaults if no region-specific factor exists. All sources are cited in the methodology doc.
Can the output be used for CDP, GRI, or SBTi reporting?
Yes. The inventory follows GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, which is the methodological basis for CDP, GRI 305, and SBTi. The Premium package includes alignment notes for TCFD and IFRS S2 disclosure.
Do you handle Scope 3 categories 1 to 15?
Premium covers the 5 most material Scope 3 categories you nominate (typically Cat 1, 6, 7, 11, 12). For full Cat 1 to 15 with screening, message me first for a custom offer.
What if my data is messy or incomplete?
Data cleaning and validation in R is part of every package. If there are gaps, I will flag them, propose proxy estimation methods with documentation, and you decide which to use.
Do I get the R code?
Yes. Every package includes the full R script (well-commented and parameterised) so you can re-run with updated data next year. Reproducibility is the whole point.
