Veelgestelde vragen
Q: Do I need to have a fully developed idea before ordering?
A: Not at all. Even a rough concept or a single sentence is enough to start. Part of my job is helping shape a vague idea into something structured — the Concept & Mechanics Pitch package is designed exactly for this stage.
Q: What format will I receive my document in?
A: All documents are delivered as professionally formatted Word files (.docx). PDF versions are available on request at no extra charge. Economy models are delivered as editable Excel spreadsheets with working formulas, not static numbers.
Q: Do you design the game itself, or write code?
A: I specialize in game design documentation — mechanics, systems, progression, economy, and UX flow. I don't write code, create game art, or build playable prototypes. If you need those services too, I'm happy to recommend how to structure your project across freelancers.
Q: Can you work with a specific genre or platform I have in mind?
A: Yes. I've written documentation across mobile casual, puzzle-platformer, and competitive multiplayer genres. Message me with your genre and platform before ordering if you want to confirm fit.
Q: What if I need more levels/zones or revisions than my package includes?
A: No problem — additional levels and additional revisions are available as Gig Extras at checkout, so you can scale the scope up without needing a custom offer.
Q: How involved do I need to be during the process?
A: I'll typically ask a few clarifying questions upfront about your vision, target audience, and any must-have mechanics. After that, I work independently and deliver a complete draft — revisions are then used to fine-tune based on your feedback.
Q: Do you sign NDAs?
A: Yes, I'm happy to sign a reasonable NDA before starting work if you'd like to keep your concept confidential — just send it over via message before placing your order.
