I am one of 28 runners in the world who has run sub-3 Hour marathons in five consecutive decades. I am the author of two books about running and have served as head cross country coach at Penn State Schuylkill University from 2007 to 2020, coaching 3 state champions and an All-American. Tho my request may have been a bit shirt notice he was able to get me the exact needs I was looking for to train for the new Air Force PT test and made it custom to my needs. If you're looking for a good plan or amazing coach you wont find anyone better in my opinion. His products are deeply detailed yet simple but keeps you in mind the whole time.
