Microfinance Centre • Fulltime

May 2024 - May 2026 • 2 yrs

Focused on clear next steps, plain language, and a consistent voice across onboarding, repayment, and support messages. Delivered templates the team could reuse and improved clarity in the emails customers acted on most.
