Design, develop, and deliver training for associates enterprise-wide. • eLearning: Design and develop web-based training modules in Lectora, ensuring associate compliance with job-specific and mandatory annual education. • Training Specialist: Design and deliver instructor-led training on six different applications of the enterprise’s Electronic Medical Record software for associates throughout the enterprise. Train new hires on the functionality of the software, as well as the application of the organization’s workflows and policies, resulting in associates well equipped to begin their roles. Conduct the training and the pre- and post-Go-Live support for nine new Nemours Children’s Primary Care affiliates. Provide ongoing support to departments and associates in need of additional or refresher training, ensuring that associates are successful in their roles, ultimately improving patient care and increasing patient satisfaction. • Technical Writing: Consult with SMEs, write, and edit job aids for a variety of topics, providing associates with accessible resources to find valuable information. • Marketing and Communications: Chief Editor of Learn@Nemours, a monthly publication highlighting new initiatives and education opportunities within the organization, including clinical continuing education, associate professional development, software tips, management seminars, and more. Learn@Nemours is distributed to thousands of associates across multiple locations, cities, and states.
