I handle remote admin tasks and day-to-day guest messaging for short-term rental properties. After completing a hands-on co-hosting course, I set up my freelance services to help busy hosts keep their response rates high and their calendars organized. What I actually do: Guest Messaging: Reply to booking inquiries and guest questions quickly, keeping the response rate under an hour. Check-in Logistics: Send out detailed check-in guides, coordinate key handovers, and follow up with guests right after they arrive to make sure everything is okay. Turnover Scheduling: Coordinate with cleaning teams to make sure the property is ready on time for the next checkout/check-in. Problem Solving: Handle minor guest complaints, booking extensions, and basic troubleshooting calmly and politely.
