Operate a hybrid platform across multi-region on-prem datacenters (USA, Europe, Asia) and public cloud: AWS for compute control-plane and CI/CD, Microsoft Azure for security and identity, Cloudflare for edge protection. - Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Helm and ArgoCD, standardizing application and infrastructure delivery. - Operate Kubernetes on-prem (internal tooling such as NetBox and Zabbix, deployed with Helm and ArgoCD) and on AWS EKS (admin tooling and CI/CD runners), with end-to-end observability (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Elasticsearch, Zabbix), SLO tracking and on-call incident response. - Operate multi-region network backbones on Cisco Nexus and Juniper MX with security segmentation and DDoS-resilient designs, plus Cloudflare at the edge (L7 DDoS, DNS, WAF, CDN, Spectrum, Turnstile). - Implement security and identity on Azure: Entra ID SSO/MFA/conditional access, Defender for Cloud posture management and Sentinel SIEM; designed a cross-cloud Active Directory with two forests joined by a two-way trust. - Built and operate an internal Flask application that extends NetBox for IPAM/DCIM workflows (Redis sessions, rate limiting, Paramiko/Netmiko device automation). - Building an LLM-augmented network operations platform (FastAPI, LangGraph, Ansible/Nornir) for chat-driven, policy-gated change management, plus LLM-assisted automation on AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry.
