Is the measurement on spec sheet accurate?
The standard industry process is to send me the actual garment sample so I can take accurate measurements. If shipping the sample is not possible, I can provide a measurement guide for you to follow. I am not responsible for measurement errors after delivery if the sample was not provided.
I need plus size grading (xl to 3xl), can you make?
I recommend doing size grading after your first sample is completed. I can provide size measurements, but they may vary without the actual sample. If the base size changes, other size measurements may also need adjustment. Message me for details.
Revision Policy
Since creative work can vary from expectations, revisions are included for minor changes such as color adjustments or small design edits. Revision does not mean redoing the entire work. Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.
