I have over 3 years of practical experience in Accounting, HR Management, Data Entry, Computer Operations, Documentation, and Graphic Design while working with Frontier Works Organization (FWO) on the M-9 Motorway Project. My key responsibilities and skills include: Preparing and maintaining pay bills and salary-related records for casual staff. Handling accounting and financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Managing HR records, employee documentation, recruitment-related tasks, and staff data. Preparing and managing staff rotation plans and ensuring their proper implementation. Performing data entry, MS Office, Excel, Word, and other computer-based administrative tasks. Preparing professional reports, official documents, presentations, certificates, notices, and other office materials. Creating graphic designs and visual content for professional and organizational requirements. Designing certificates, posters, notices, presentations, social media graphics, and other customized graphics. Maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in Accounting, HR, Data Entry, Microsoft Office, Excel, Documentation, Administrative Support, and Graphic Designing.
