In my previous role, I was responsible for communicating with both local and international clients to establish business collaborations and partnerships. My key responsibilities included drafting professional emails, preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the collaboration process. I also conducted extensive web research on local and international markets to identify potential business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends. The collected information was organized and maintained in structured databases for internal business development and strategic decision-making. Additionally, I occasionally managed the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and maintaining professional communication across the organization's social media platforms. This role strengthened my skills in business communication, partnership development, market research, documentation, data management, and content creation.
