As a Product Analytics & Automation Consultant, I help businesses understand how users interact with their products and use those insights to improve growth and conversions. My work focuses on implementing product analytics systems that track user behavior, identify key engagement patterns, and highlight opportunities to improve the user journey. Using PostHog, I design event tracking structures, build funnels, analyze retention, and create dashboards that give teams clear visibility into product performance and user behavior. In addition to analytics, I design and implement automation systems that streamline marketing, sales, and operational workflows. Using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and n8n, I build automated processes that connect different platforms, reduce manual work, and ensure data flows smoothly between systems. This includes CRM automation, lead management workflows, event-based triggers, and integrations between analytics, marketing, and internal tools. My role also involves working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to translate analytics insights into actionable strategies. By analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and engagement metrics, I help teams identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. The goal is to enable data-driven decision making, optimize product experiences, and support sustainable product growth through analytics and automation.
