Is this a one-time order or an ongoing service?
Each package covers one round of content (like a monthly batch). If you want ongoing monthly content, simply reorder the same package each month — I'll keep your visual system consistent across orders.
Do you write the captions/copy for each post?
Design-only by default — captions must be provided per piece. I offer copywriting as an add-on covering up to 8 pieces, available regardless of your package size.
What if I only want copy for some pieces, not all of them?
The copywriting extras are priced per bundle (up to 8pcs or 10-12pcs), not per individual piece. If you only need captions for a few, you still select the extra matching your package — there's no partial pricing for using less than the full bundle.
Do I need to provide a content calendar or specific topics?
Yes — please share what each piece is for (topic, platform, purpose) during kickoff. Without direction, I can't design content that fits your actual strategy.
Can I request a specific number of Instagram posts vs. carousels?
Yes, within your package's total piece count. Let me know your preferred mix (e.g. more static posts vs. carousels) during kickoff, and I'll plan accordingly.
What if I need more pieces than my package includes?
You can add pieces via the "Additional image" extra, or upgrade to a higher package for better per-piece value if you know you'll need significantly more content.
Do you provide images, or do I need to supply my own?
I can source free stock images if needed, but for on-brand results, providing your own product/brand photos is strongly recommended.
What if my brand guidelines change mid-project?
Content is designed based on the brand direction shared at kickoff. Significant changes to brand guidelines after design starts are handled as a new order, not a revision.
Does the standard revision policy apply to the video too?
Yes, the same "Additional revision" extra applies to video edits. Note that video revisions (re-cutting, changing transitions) typically take longer than a static image revision, so factor that into your timeline expectations.
Do you only design static posts, or can I include a video in my package?
By default, packages include static posts/carousels only. For the free swap (2 static pieces for 1 video), do NOT select the video add-on — instead, confirm it in the requirements question below. To keep your full piece count and add video separately, select the paid video add-on ($120)
