Do I need a VPS or can I use my Mac mini / local machine?
Both work. A VPS running Ubuntu (any provider; Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode) from $5/month is the most common setup. A Mac mini works great for a local always-on agent with desktop access. Message me your hardware spec before ordering and I confirm compatibility upfront.
Which model will the agent run Claude Code, Kimi 2.5, or something else?
Your choice. I configure Claude Code via Anthropic API, Kimi 2.5 via Moonshot API, or any model available through OpenRouter 200+ options including free-tier models. The Premium package includes multi-model setup: one primary model and one fallback. I advise on cost trade-offs based on your usage.
Can you fix an existing broken OpenClaw or ClawdBot setup?
