We agree on your US time zone, workdays and coverage window before you order. Tell us whether you need call overflow, part time or full week coverage.
Can you use our EHR and phone system?
Share your EHR, scheduling platform and phone system names before ordering. We confirm compatibility, access requirements and any training needed before accepting the scope.
How is patient information handled?
Patient information is handled through the authorized systems and access arrangements agreed during onboarding. A signed Business Associate Agreement and required safeguards must be in place before access. Please keep patient records and passwords out of your initial Fiverr inquiry.
What does the paid pilot include?
Five hours of agreed front desk work, a handoff of completed tasks and open items, and a review of communication, scheduling accuracy and follow-through.
Can we continue after the pilot?
Yes. After reviewing the pilot, we can prepare a custom Fiverr offer for ongoing coverage. The offer defines your hours, task scope, reporting and price.
