With an MS in Electrical Engineering (University of Texas at Arlington) and 5+ years testing telecom devices at Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and L&T Technology Services, I've spent my career writing the documents that make complex systems work: test plans, test specifications, carrier certification requirements, field procedures, and commissioning SOPs.
At Microsoft's Redmond campus, I tested Surface and Duo devices across 4G/5G networks and authored documentation to AT&T and T-Mobile carrier certification standards.
