Built and refined an AI-powered chatbot agent to qualify inbound leads for a multi-city massotherapy training school offering several certification programs, including a 500-hour massotherapy program and a specialized massage kinesitherapy track. Identified that the agent was quoting pricing and assuming which program a prospect wanted without qualifying them first, causing mismatched answers due to prospects confusing similarly-named programs. Redesigned the conversation flow so the agent asks qualifying questions first — project goals, current experience level, and city — before discussing pricing or program details. Result: a lead-qualification system that routes prospects to the correct program and location before pricing is ever mentioned, reducing confusion and wasted conversations.
