Over the past several years, I have supported individuals through relationship-related challenges such as communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, attachment patterns, dating concerns, and family dynamics. Provided counselling and coaching support to individuals presenting with a range of personal, family, and life-transition concerns. This included support around emotional distress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, adjustment to change, and stress related to major life events. Sessions were delivered online and in person in a supportive, non-clinical context. Worked collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, coping skills, and clarity around personal values and decisions. Drew on counselling skills and psychology-informed approaches, including reflective listening, values-based conversations, cognitive strategies, and mindfulness practices. Maintained appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, documentation, and referrals when concerns extended beyond the scope of counselling and coaching.
