Currently providing medical billing, RCM, credentialing, insurance verification, payer relations, EHR support, and administrative services for a clinician-led organization supporting independently licensed and associate behavioral health providers. Managing end-to-end Jane App billing, including patient/insurance setup, CPT and service configuration, claims submission, ERA/EOB posting, patient payments, adjustments, and AR. Specializing in mental health counseling billing for LPCs, LMHCs, licensed counselors, and associate clinicians, including supervisor/associate billing workflows. Supporting multiple providers and client practices across multi-state U.S. billing and credentialing operations. Performing detailed insurance eligibility and benefits verification, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, OOP limits, authorizations, and network status. Managing claim submissions, corrections, denials, reconsiderations, appeals, reprocessing, and AR follow-up to support timely reimbursement. Supporting provider credentialing and payer enrollment, including CAQH maintenance, payer applications, contracting requirements, and follow-up. Managing EFT/ERA enrollment, payer portals, payment reconciliation, and insurance-related administrative workflows. Investigating complex payer issues involving network participation, incorrect OON processing, underpayments, and claim discrepancies. Supporting reimbursement-rate negotiations and payer follow-up to improve reimbursement opportunities. Working with Jane App, SimplePractice, ClinicSense, Noterro, Office Ally, Availity, ClaimMD, CAQH, and payer portals. Supporting billing workflows for physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists in addition to behavioral health. Maintaining organized workflows from eligibility → credentialing → billing → payment posting → denial management → AR, helping streamline operations and support consistent cash flow.
