As a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter at Loadsmart, I have been responsible for conducting high volume outbound calls to business owners, managers, and decision makers across multiple industries including janitorial cleaning, logistics, freight brokerage, shipping, and other service-based businesses. My role involves introducing company services professionally, building strong first impressions with prospects, identifying potential client needs, and generating qualified leads through persuasive communication and strategic outreach techniques. I regularly schedule appointments between prospects and sales representatives by effectively handling objections, maintaining engaging conversations, and communicating the value of the services being offered. In addition to appointment setting, I also perform lead research, organize prospect information, maintain CRM records, follow up with interested leads, and ensure accurate tracking of outreach activities and call outcomes. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, allowing me to confidently interact with different types of clients and gatekeepers. I consistently focus on maintaining professionalism, achieving outreach targets, improving conversion rates, and contributing to overall business growth through effective cold calling and lead generation strategies.
