I will build a python landed cost calculator with excel import sku quoting application

Over deze dienst
Calculate landed costs per SKU without rebuilding Excel sheets for every shipment.
I will build a Python desktop landed cost calculator around your formulas, rates and workflow.
Tools I use: Python, Tkinter, openpyxl, PyInstaller and pytest.
Depending on your package, your app can include:
- Excel SKU import and landed cost breakdowns
- Freight, duty and warehouse charges using your supplied rules
- Editable rate tables and margin or markup quoting
- Input validation, Excel results and error reports
- Container or pallet scenarios and CSV audit logs
We first agree on your file layout, calculation rules and expected results. I then build the interface, test calculations against your examples, and package the app as a standalone Windows EXE.
You receive the EXE, Python source, calculation tests, sample files and a setup guide.
Basic includes one fixed workflow. Standard adds configurable rates and quoting. Premium adds two agreed logistics scenarios and audit logging.
Live rates, customs advice, APIs and multiuser systems require separate scope.
Send your sample Excel file, calculation rules and Windows version before ordering.

Veelgestelde vragen
Can you turn my existing Excel calculator into an app?
Yes, within the agreed scope. Send a sample workbook, calculation rules, and expected results. I will confirm what can be reproduced in the desktop app before you order.
What costs can the calculator include?
It can apply supplied rules for product costs, freight, duties, handling, and warehouse charges. You provide the rates and calculation basis. Customs advice and tariff research are excluded.
Will I need Python or Excel installed?
The Windows EXE will include the required Python components. Microsoft Excel is not required for the agreed XLSX import and export workflow. VBA macros and Excel formula recalculation are excluded.
Can I change rates and generate quotes?
Standard includes one editable rate table and one agreed margin or markup method. Premium includes up to three rate tables. Basic lets you enter rates for each run without a saved rate table.
Can you compare floor-loaded and palletized costs?
Premium can compare two agreed scenarios using your supplied assumptions and rules. Automated container packing, route planning, and physical loading optimization are excluded.
How will calculation accuracy be checked?
We agree on sample inputs and expected outputs first. I test the implemented rules with pytest and compare exported results with your examples, including agreed rounding and invalid-input cases.
What files and rights will I receive?
You receive the EXE, Python source, tests, sample files, and setup guide. Custom code rights follow Fiverr’s applicable terms. Third-party components retain their own licenses.
How long does delivery take?
Proposed delivery is 7, 12, or 18 days depending on the package. We confirm the scope and target Windows environment before ordering. New requirements may require a revised offer.
What do revisions and support cover?
Revisions cover consolidated changes within the approved scope. New features cost extra. Delivered-scope defect support lasts 7 days for Basic, 14 for Standard, and 30 for Premium.
Will my data stay local, and are there extra costs?
The proposed app processes files locally without cloud connections. Share anonymized samples through Fiverr. External services, certificates, or commercial licenses are excluded and require separate agreement.
