●Developed an intelligent AI-powered chatbot for business information and customer support using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture with GPT-4o-mini response generation via OpenRouter. ● Implemented hybrid search combining semantic embeddings (ONNX MiniLM) and keyword retrieval, reducing LLM dependency while improving response accuracy and relevance. ● Built session-based chat history management and membership/service information retrieval for personalized, context-aware conversations. ● Integrated PDF and website knowledge sources into the RAG pipeline to ground responses in accurate, up-to-date business information
