Serving as Webmaster of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Student Chapter, I am responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s digital presence across web and social media platforms. My role focuses on ensuring consistent branding, timely communication, and professional representation of the chapter’s activities, events, and achievements. I manage and regularly update the official website, ensuring accurate content publishing, event updates, technical articles, and announcements. I oversee website performance, optimize user experience, and maintain a structured layout to enhance accessibility and engagement. I also handle basic troubleshooting, content formatting, and SEO optimization to improve visibility and reach. In addition, I manage the chapter’s Facebook page, where I create, schedule, and publish engaging content related to technical seminars, workshops, industry visits, competitions, and member achievements. I design promotional posts, write professional captions, monitor audience engagement, and analyze performance insights to improve reach and interaction. Through this role, I collaborate with executive committee members, event coordinators, and technical teams to ensure smooth digital communication and promotion strategies. I maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and message tone across all platforms.
