What are the differences between a progressive web app and conventional mobile apps?
A PWA can only be installed from your own website, and is not available in the app stores of Google or Apple. While it may be harder to find for your users, you don't have to develop multiple apps for each platform, and you don't have to comply with their rules or share your benefits with them.
Do you use generative AI (such as LLMs) or outsource your work?
No. My work and communications are 100% human-made by myself, no AI-generated code or outsourcing here. You can rest assured that I will always prioritize quality and long-term maintainability.
What counts as a page or feature?
I usually assimilate pages to entities. For example, if you want the application to manage your customers, products and orders, that would be three pages. All the features for each entity (listing, creation, deletion, edition...) count as the same page. If you have any doubts, feel free to ask.
What does the "design customization" option include?
I use a design system called Material-UI to provide the best cost-quality. This option is available in case you want additional customizations for the application layout, colors or fonts, for example.
What is a "responsive design"?
It means that the same application will be usable on PCs, tablets and smartphones via a web browser. The layout will automatically adjust to the screen size and be usable on keyboards, mouses and touch screens.
What does "content upload" mean?
Once the application is developed, you will need to install it on a web server. I will always include instructions, and can make recommendations for cheap and convenient hosts if needed. But if you prefer to have me handle all of that, this option is available.
Can the application handle multiple users?
Yes, all of my packages allow you to create an unlimited number of users. However, permissions management is not included, so all users have access to everything.
Will the application handle SSO or social logins?
My public packages do not include social logins or SSO. However, I can handle it in most cases. Please contact me to discuss the specifics. Keep in mind that it might not be possible to do SSO with some private corporate systems, or it might require close cooperation with your system admins.
