Joined Ceibo Growth as an Owned Media Specialist and was put in charge of building out the practice from the ground up and leading the team behind it, with a primary focus on marketing automation alongside social media, landing page management, and email marketing. Worked with clients across the healthcare, retail, insurance, and banking industries. Led the practice end-to-end: defined how the team implemented, measured, and improved owned media initiatives for each client, while training and guiding a small team through that process. Building the practice from scratch gave me the chance to become a real point of reference on the subject, and to develop full autonomy and ownership over how the work got planned and delivered — leadership not just over a team, but over a discipline I helped define within the agency.

Worked as a Business Consultant for over four years, partnering with clients across the financial services, healthcare, retail, and higher education industries on strategy, process improvement, customer experience, and organizational change initiatives. Managed consulting engagements end-to-end: analyzed current-state operations and pain points, designed improvement proposals tailored to each client's context, and led the execution of the resulting initiatives on the ground. Worked closely with client teams throughout implementation to support adoption of new processes and tools, and tracked outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role built a strong foundation in translating business problems into structured, actionable plans: understanding what a client actually needs before jumping into a solution, and building something that holds up once real people start using it day to day.
