Buisness Owners repeat the same five or six tasks constantly, proposals, onboarding emails, status updates, and most never systematize them, which means the quality and speed depends entirely on whatever mood they're in that day. I configured a Claude Cowork workspace from scratch and built five reusable skill files: proposal writing, client onboarding email, weekly report generation, invoice follow up, and project status updates. Each one documented in a SKILL.md covering trigger phrase, required input, and expected output, then tested against real writing samples until the output matched my own standard. Result: Five working, repeatable skills plus a one page guide and a recorded walkthrough of one skill running end to end, from trigger to reviewed output.
