I worked as a full-time Graphic Designer at a custom jersey printing company for two years, where I was responsible for creating sports jersey designs, preparing production-ready artwork, and adjusting client concepts into printable designs. I regularly used design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals while ensuring color accuracy and print compatibility. I collaborated closely with the production team to make sure designs were optimized for sublimation printing and met customer expectations. During my time there, I successfully completed hundreds of custom jersey designs for teams, communities, and small brands. I improved the efficiency of the design workflow by organizing design templates and file structures, which helped reduce production preparation time. My work contributed to consistent design quality and faster order processing, helping the company handle a growing number of custom orders.
