Question: Do you code or develop the website (HTML/CSS/Shopify)?
No, I am a specialized UI/UX designer. I provide high-quality design concepts and source files in Figma. You will need a developer (or a no-code platform) to bring these design concepts to life.
Question: What do you need from me to start the project?
To get started, I need a brief description of your business, your target audience, a list of sections/pages you need, and any reference websites you like. If you have your brand assets (logo, colors, text content), please provide them as well!
Question: What files will I receive at the end of the project?
You will receive a fully organized Figma source file containing all the designed screens (Desktop & Mobile) and a UI Kit. This file is 100% ready to be handed over to your developers.
Question: What if I don't have a logo or brand guidelines yet?
No problem! I can use a clean, text-based placeholder for your logo and create a beautiful, modern color palette and typography system that perfectly suits your eCommerce niche.
Question: What happens if I want to change something in the design?
That's exactly what revisions are for! Depending on your package, you have a set number of revisions. We will collaborate and refine the design concept based on your feedback until it matches your vision.
Question: Do you provide text content (copywriting) for the website?
No, I don't write the text. Please provide the final version of your texts. If it's not ready yet, I'll use professional placeholder text ("Lorem Ipsum"), which you can easily replace later. Or I can generate the text using AI.
Question: Are stock photos and custom illustrations included?
I use free, high-quality stock images (like Unsplash) for the design concepts. If you need premium paid stock images, complex custom 3D graphics, or specific illustrations, please provide them before we start.
Question: What exactly counts as a "revision"?
A revision is a modification to the delivered design concept (e.g., changing colors, adjusting layout, updating fonts or images). It does not mean creating a completely new design concept from scratch.
Question: Will the design be responsive and look good on mobile?
Absolutely! All my packages include both Desktop and Mobile versions of the UI design to ensure a perfect shopping experience for your customers across all devices.
