Do you use remote access software? Is it secure?
Yes, I use trusted remote support tools with your explicit permission for each session. You can see everything I'm doing in real time, and access ends the moment we're done.
What do you need from me before we start?
A brief description of the issue, and remote access to the relevant device/account when we begin the session. For Standard/Premium packages, I'll also need admin-level access to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Do you offer support outside normal business hours?
Yes -- I'm specifically setup up for evening and weekend availability, which I know can be hard to find with most IT support providers.
What if my issue takes longer than the session length?
If we're close to resolving it, I'll let you know before time runs out so you can add an extra session rather than getting cut off mid-fix. For larger or open-ended needs, message me first so we can scope it properly.
Can you guarantee the issue will be fixed?
I'll diagnose and resolve what's within the scope of remote software/account-level support. Some issues (hardware failure, ISP outages, third-party vendor problems) are outside what remote support can fix -- I'll always tell you plainly if that's what we're dealing with.
Do you support Mac or Google Workspace, or just Windows/Microsoft 365
My core expertise is Windows and Microsoft 365 - that's where I can guarantee the most value. Message me first if your issue involves Mac or Google Workspace so I can confirm fit before you order.
Is my business's data safe during a session?
Yes - I only access what's needed to resolve your specific issue, and I don't retain credentials or data after the session ends.
I need ongoing/recurring IT support, not a one-time fix - can we arrange that?
