Working hand in hand with the founder, we drove the evolution of Skillr Boxing, transforming it from an established YouTube channel into a profitable digital business independent of AdSense. Our goal was to maximize reach and diversify revenue streams while highly optimizing daily operations. During this period, we successfully grew the community from 140k to 280k subscribers. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: -AI Integration & Operational Cost Reduction: We implemented ElevenLabs to automate video dubbing. We managed to translate our content into 6 different languages in just 20 minutes —a process that previously took us 3 to 4 weeks for a single language. This saved the cost of 2 external voice actors and completely freed up my full-time schedule, allowing me to focus on growth and profitability tasks. -Content Optimization & Growth: We executed an intensive Shorts strategy, making vertical content account for 43% of our total views. Furthermore, we constantly iterated on SEO, copywriting, and tested new video formats. Among these, we developed the "Film Study" format, which performed as a massive outlier, multiplying the channel's average metrics by 19.3x. -E-commerce Development & Monetization: To create our own direct revenue streams, we developed and launched the official online store (skillrboxing.com). I led the web development, focusing on UX design, SEO, CRO, and WPO , generating €770 in direct sales within the first 5 days of its public launch. -Business Scalability: We laid the strategic foundations for launching new business lines focused on instant, infinitely scalable digital products.

I led the end-to-end development and launch of Boxeaencasa.com, a personal project born from my dual passion for digital business and boxing. I designed and built the platform 100% autonomously, creating a go-to resource designed to educate and guide users in choosing the right sports equipment. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas: End-to-End Web Development: Built the website from scratch, managing the design, information architecture, and user experience (UX) to ensure an intuitive and seamless user journey. Content Strategy & SEO: Researched, wrote, and structured comprehensive reviews and comparisons of boxing gear, fully optimized for search engine ranking. Consumer Education: Created specialized, in-depth buying guides, equipping users with the technical knowledge needed to understand exactly what features to look for based on their specific needs (skill level, weight, and training type). Autonomous Project Management: Handled strategic decision-making from start to finish, covering everything from niche market research to the publication and ongoing maintenance of the platform.
