Hi, I'm Shana :)
I have an academic background in neuroscience and offer a safe space to vent about mental health struggles, anxieties or interpersonal relationships. As a person who has had personal struggles with mental illness, I understand how important it is to have someone who will listen, understand and/or offer non-judgmental advice. I'm happy to be that person if you need it!
Note: I am not a certified therapist or counsellor. I have an undergraduate in Neuroscience and know a lot of therapeutic practices.
